Upcoming music producers / DJ duo Almost Famous are about to light it up with the song & video of their bass heavy trap debut “Breakout” featuring US hip-hop star Soulja Boy.

 

Rishab & Simar a.k.a Almost Famous are Mumbai-bred and have been on the music scene for over 5 years having performed at major festivals like Time Out 72 and EVC in India apart from opening for global acts like Yellow Claw, Sandro Silva, Kill the Buzz, Armin Van Buuren, Alan Walker, Flo Rida, and Third Party.

 

The duo currently resides in Los Angeles, CA but the vibrancy of India, coupled with the effortlessness of Cali is reflected in their freshly minted collaborations with the likes of Kennedi Lykken & Soulja Boy.

 

Grammy nominated Soulja Boy is known as the pioneer of using the internet to break as an artist. Having had a decade-plus career, the artist has enjoyed several records in the Billboard Hot 100 including “Kiss Me Thru the Phone”, “Pretty Boy Swag”, and the monster global viral dance hit “Crank That”.

 

In the brilliant Claymation music video, Almost Famous and Soulja Boy are depicted in a prison break, making a run and punching American actor Jake Paul in the process.
